Service Description
Ear wax removal appointments at the brand new and covenantally located Wilson Health Centre in Prestbury, Cheltenham. You can expect the same five star service from our highly professional and proficient ear care practitioner, Mike Sims. Parking is FREE at the back of the medical practice. During your appointment, we will use the latest in high definition camera technology and the gold standard of microsuction for ear wax removal. The procedure is quick, painless and safer than other methods of earwax removal. Following a consultation we will use our TympaHealth digital otoscopy to take high quality photos and videos of your ear blockage. We will document these images to show you the blockage within your ear canal. If required we will proceed with the microsuction procedure. A small suction device called a Zoellner is inserted through the TympaHealth Otoscope to gently removing ear wax and clear the path to the eardrum. We will regally check in with you to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Photos and Videos will be taken of your clear ear canal and ear drum after the procedure has been completed.
Cancellation Policy
During a clinic appointment, you can expect; full consultation, ear health check, ear wax removal if required and a hearing check if required. Patient will also have the opportunity to be referred directly to audiology if requested through TympaHealths referrals. We take payment in full (£54.99) online and in person. All appointments are charged in full even if no ear wax is removed. Cancellations: If a cancellation is required, please notify us within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
