You can expect the same five star service from our highly professional and proficient ear care practitioner, Mike Sims. Parking is available in the multi story five valleys car park or local roads. During your appointment, we will use the latest in high definition camera technology and the gold standard of microsuction for ear wax removal. The procedure is quick, painless and safer than other methods of earwax removal. Following a consultation we will use our TympaHealth digital otoscopy to take high quality photos and videos of your ear blockage. We will document these images to show you the blockage within your ear canal. If required we will proceed with the microsuction procedure. A small suction device called a Zoellner is inserted through the TympaHealth Otoscope to gently removing ear wax and clear the path to the eardrum. We will regally check in with you to ensure you are comfortable at all times. Photos and Videos will be taken of your clear ear canal and ear drum after the procedure has been completed.
